With Insurance:
If we are in-network with your insurance and we are billing them for your appointments, your insurance has negotiated a discount on your care. Your costs will be discounted to the rate set by your insurance company. These rates can change often, and we do not always receive advance notice when the insurance company makes a change, but we are always happy to provide you with our most recent available information about the discounted rates with your insurance company. For information about which part of the discounted bill will be paid by your insurance and which part will be your responsibility, please consult your plan documents or contact your insurance representative.

Without Insurance:
If we are not billing your insurance for your appointments, we are always happy to provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” of the costs of treatment.
